I have proudly served on our Board of Directors since 2018 and have called Sedalia home since 2011 when I relocated to work for Robert Rollings Architects where I am currently a licensed architect. Prior to arriving here, I graduated from Kansas State University with a Master of Architecture in 2009 and spent the first two years of my career working in local government and a housing nonprofit as an AmeriCorps volunteer. These years provided me with a inside view of the roles that government and nonprofits perform in shaping communities as well a passion for civic engagement and community service. This enthusiasm continues today as along with our United Way board I sit on several governmental and nonprofit boards that serve our area. I love this area and Sedalia is my home. I met my wonderful wife here and we have two amazing sons as well as two dogs and three cats. My family is my whole world and my absolute favorite thing to do is simply spend time with them. With my remaining free time, I find joy in reading presidential biographies, running marathons and making dad jokes.
