All agencies are required to have or create an account to complete and submit your report. Keep your user name and password handy so that you can "save a draft" and return to complete your submission. Also, this user name and password will continue to be used for future applications.

The United Way of Pettis County requires funded partners to submit a mid-year report and a final report. Funding will be distributed quarterly. Funding for the 2nd quarter and the 4th quarter is distributed upon receipt of the reports. Reports will be submitted electronically from the UWPC funded partner portal.
The data will be entered according to the UWPC funded project. Please ensure that you are completing your mid-year and end of year reports accurately and that your outcomes are being measured. Please remember you are reporting as they pertain to the specific Project/Program listed on your 2024 Agency Application. Please reference your 2024 Grant Application and only submit the data for the Project/Program in which UWPC funding was requested. 2024 Dates
1st Quarter (Jan-March): April 11, 2024
2nd Quarter (April-June): July 15, 2024 - Mid-Year Report DUE
3rd Quarter (July-September): October 1, 2024
4th Quarter Final Report (October-December): January 15, 2025- End of Year Report DUE
