Rachelle Simon is the Executive Director of United Way of Pettis County. She has a professional background in counseling, higher education, non-profit work and religious ministry. Originally from Sedalia, Missouri, she is honored to have the opportunity to use her gifts and skills to do meaningful work in her home county. Rachelle is excited to be working alongside community partners to gather resources, serve others, and meet the needs of the local community. She believes in the power of people working together to support one another and improve the lives of all. In her personal time, Rachelle enjoys cooking, hiking, and spending time with her family.

Amber Woolery is a Program Assistant at United Way, where she supports the Needs Based Fund and TORCH Program, helping connect individuals and families with resources and opportunities that strengthen the community. Amber holds a Bachelor of Social Work and is a Certified Reciprocal Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She brings 12.5 years of specialized experience in addiction services through Recovery Lighthouse. Driven by a deep commitment to service, Amber is passionate about giving back to the community that has given her so much and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
