Whitney Hamilton joined the United Way of Pettis County Board of Directors in 2026, bringing experience in education, student support, program development, and community engagement.
Whitney currently serves as the Academic Coordinator for TRIO Student Support Services at State Fair Community College, where she has worked since 2022. In this role, she helps first-generation students, students with limited incomes, and students with disabilities develop the skills, confidence, and connections they need to reach their educational goals.
Before joining SFCC, Whitney worked in K–12 education. She holds a Master of Science in Education in K–12 Literacy and is passionate about creating opportunities that help individuals and communities thrive.
Whitney is excited to serve Pettis County by supporting programs, partnerships, and resources that strengthen the community.
In her free time, Whitney enjoys reading, writing, attending concerts, and finding new adventures with her husband and their two daughters.
